Sign Up
Set up your PSM account in seconds and choose between our cloud-hosted service or a school-hosted web deployment. Complete your registration by verifying your email through the confirmation link.
Register & Configure School
Once your account is verified, log in to register and configure your school. Cloud-hosted users can begin basic setup immediately, while school-hosted customers receive deployment guidance for their local server or private network.
Start Using PSM
Next, complete any additional setup such as defining classes, houses, subjects, grading schemes, and registering students, staff, and accounts. Once done, you're ready to start using PSM.
Onboard Parents
Parental access is available through the MyChild portal, allowing parents to view results, notices, and updates. Once you're set up, generate access codes and share them via SMS, email, or printed slips.

Required & Optional Services
Vendor personnel deploy and configure PSM on your server. Required for every on-premise install, including the Free plan. Remote installation waives the transport surcharge.
Adds MyChild parent & mobile access on top of any paid on-premise plan. Your on-prem PSM syncs the relevant data to our cloud so parents use the same MyChild app as Cloud SaaS schools.
IMPORTANT
- On-premise deployments — including the Free plan — are installed and configured by PSM vendor personnel. Self-installation is not supported. Installation services are billed per the rate card above.
- Stakeholder SMS communication is an available feature; however, messages are billed separately at a rate of UGX 50 per message.
- A trial version is not offered; however, new customers have the flexibility to defer billing until the end of the first academic term of use. Customers may cancel at any time during this period without incurring any charges.
- Access to remote support services requires a stable internet connection at the school premises. On-premise schools using the MyChild add-on also require a reliable internet connection at the school server for data synchronisation.
- Discounted pricing across all plans is available to the following categories of schools: community schools, institutions with fewer than 700 students or pupils, special needs schools, and select registered non-profit or charitable organisations.
