PSM is available as a cloud-hosted SaaS platform (accessible via any web browser) or as a Desktop application installed on your school's local Windows network. Both options provide the full feature set.

Pricing reflects investments in infrastructure, operational costs, continuous development, AI features, licensing, and taxes. The top package costs less than UGX 10,000 per student per year and includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and security.

No hidden costs. The subscription covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. Optional services like SMS messaging and custom integrations may incur additional charges at published rates.

We accept mobile money (MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cheques. Fee payments within PSM also support mobile money collection via our payment gateway.

Yes. You can upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time. Contact our support team and they will assist with the transition. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

You retain full ownership of your data. Export options are available on request, and we provide a reasonable data retention period after subscription cancellation.

Yes. The SaaS workspace is designed for desktop browsers, but PSM also supports dedicated mobile apps for parents and students to access portals, view results, and receive notifications.

Yes. PSM is a multi-tenant system. Each campus operates as a separate school with its own data, configuration, and subdomain — all managed from one platform.
